I love making my own Alfredo sauce. I am a true pasta junkie, and there’s nothing I love more than a big pile of fettuccine smothered in homemade Alfredo sauce.
It may not be the healthiest of dinner recipes, but if you feel like splurging on some calories, a good creamy pasta sauce is warm and comforting! Mix it in with your favorite kind of pasta. Long, thick noodles or shells with crevices for the sauce to stick into work the best. Check out this pasta dictionary for uses of different pasta styles.
