It’s a good time to be 5? We celebrated this little guy and his birthday last week. What sorts of things are big 5-year-olds into these days? Well Johnny likes -telling jokes. ? Here’s one he made just for you: Who picked up the truck? The truck butt! Yes, anything with butt, poop, and fart are HUGE wins in Johnny’s book. -dinosaurs. Rawr ? -flip-sequins. ? They’re not just for girls, you know ? -swords ?? -being read to? -hugs from Mommy ? It’s a precious thing watching your last baby grow up. Every day he gets a little bit more independent. As much as I want to hang on to his baby-ness, I’m also very proud of the fine young man he’s turning into. • • • #dailyparenting #play #childrenseemagic #childhood #simplychildren #letthekids #simplysweetdays #lifeasmommy #motherhoodlens #parenthoodshared #raisingragamuffins #illuminatedchildhood #preschool #kidsplay #humansofjoy #kidsmood #theheartcaptured #momof4 #boymom #socalmom #californiamom #sandiegomom
