Ant Man and The Wasp Movie Review

The Ant Man and The Wasp movie is my favorite movie of this summer. It was everything I’d hoped it would be, and so much more!  my ant man and the wasp movie review

The Ant Man and The Wasp movie opens July 6 2018!

You may recall that I hinted to the Ant Man and The Wasp release back in January, when I gave a sneak peek of the top Disney movie releases of 2018. But back then I had no idea that I would walk out of the theater, wishing so badly to see just 5 minutes more of Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly.  ant man and the wasp movie review opening July 6

From Walt Disney Studios: In the aftermath of ‘Captain America: Civil War,’ Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to re-balance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

My favorite supporting character from Ant Man, Luis (Michael Pena), makes a reappearance in this film. He had me laughing out loud with his playful banter with the other characters.  michael pena in Ant man and the wasp movie

Of course if you saw  Ant Man, you knew that Hope was going to be the next “Wasp”. She is so awesomely kick-butt in this film! Hope always has a trick up her sleeve to stay one step ahead of the bad guys.  Paul Rudd in Ant Man and the Wasp movie

Even though you can easily follow along to the plot of Ant Man and The Wasp without having seen the Ant Man movie of 2015, you should definitely find time to watch it. But first, get to the theater this weekend and see Ant Man and the Wasp! Be sure and sit through until the very end. You don’t want to miss the mid-credits and post-credits teaser trailers! Let me know what you thought of the movie in the comments section below.
