We had a blast the last few weeks of summer. There were some free days in between John’s last day of summer school and the first day of school for Logan and I. It is ALWAYS hot in San Diego, so the little guys spent most of these in bathing suits or nudie-kazoodie in our backyard kiddie pool, making all the pics for this #52Project look like they were shot in one day! Well… Some were. 🙂

Daddy dug a hole & made a mud barrier to keep the waves out. Best idea ever! The girls played in that little pond the whole time.
We were the only family on the beach with a tent. But it was super necessary for getting the baby to nap & providing a break from the heat/sun!

No matter how many times I pull the boogie boards out of the pool they get dragged right back in! Our embarrassingly cluttered patio makes a great backdrop, don’t you think? 😉
